At CIGA Design, we stand by the craftsmanship of our award-winning timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the timepiece in its original designer packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
