Yes, all authentic CIGA Design timepieces are covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.

What is your return policy for watches?

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Are CIGA Design watches water-resistant?

Most of our mechanical watches have a water resistance rating of 3ATM or 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain, but they are not intended for swimming or diving.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I maintain my mechanical watch?

To keep your automatic watch running accurately, wear it daily for at least 8 hours to maintain the power reserve, or manually wind the crown 20-30 times if it has been sitting idle.
